To send us files please be sure to place an order first as you will need an order number so that we what order your files belong to when they are uploaded. Any files sent without the correct order number in the subject line of the dropbox uploader will be deleted to save space on our servers. So, please be absolutely sure to put your order number in the subject line of the dropbox uploader!!!

We only accept files sent to us via our online uploader located at the link directly below. It is a free uploader and works on Mac and Windows operating systems. Please do not send us files via email or any other uploader than the dropbox that is linked directly below.

- WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO START -

Files must be submitted by 10am EST Monday-Friday to maintain estimated turnaround times.
Accepted file formats for uploading: .JPG, .JPEG, .PDF, .ZIP, .RAR (all other formats bust be zipped prior to uploading)
The following graphic and text file formats MUST be zipped BEFORE the upload process .PSD, .EPS, .AI
All graphic files should be at 300 DPI resolution.
All graphic files should be converted to CMYK color mode.
The following accepted audio file formats are accepted but MUST BE ZIPPED BEFORE the upload process: .MP3, .WAV
All audio file names should begin with the track id number (ex. Track01.mp3, or 01-intro.mp3)
All audio files will be burned onto your CDs in numerical order beginning with the lowest number first.

ZIP YOUR FILES!!!
Please be sure to zip your .MP3 & .WAV audio files as well as your .PSD, .EPS, & .AI artwork files before sending them to us via the dropbox uploader.

CD DUPLICATION ORDERS!!!
Audio files may be uploaded in .WAV & .MP3 format only via our online uploader. Please note that all audio uploaded online will be converted to .MP3 first before your CDs are duplicated.

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO COMPLETE YOUR UPLOAD:
1. ENTER YOUR NAME IN THE "FULL NAME" LINE
2. ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE "EMAIL" LINE"
3. ENTER YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE.
ALL AUDIO FILES MUST BE SAVED IN .MP3 OR .WAV FORMAT
(.aiff and .wav files will be converted to .mp3 or .WMA before use in our duplicaiton system)
ALL AUDIO FILES MUST BE NAMED WITH THE TRACK NUMBER AT THE VERY FRONT OF THE FILE NAME
(ex. Track01.mp3, Track02.mp3 or 01songname.mp3, 02songname.mp3)
ALL AUDIO FILES SHOULD BE ZIPPED FIRST BEFORE UPLOADING VIA WWW.YOUSENDIT.COM

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT GAPLESS PLAYBACK:
IF YOUR CDS REQUIRE GAPLESS PLAYBACK (no spaces between songs) PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO SEND US AN AUDIO CD WITH THE SONG ORDER AND SPACING THAT YOU REQUIRE. YOU ARE WELCOME TO UPLOAD YOUR AUDIO USING THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR CDS WILL PLAYBACK WITHOUT GAPS.

AUDIO BY MAIL INSTRUCTIONS – PLEASE READ:

PLEASE MAIL US A COPY OF YOUR CD IF YOU WANT NO GAPS BETWEEN YOUR SONGS. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR CDS WILL BE GAPLESS IF YOU UPLOAD YOUR FILES TO US USING THE UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE.
